who's members have decades of experience in all avenues of the residential and
commercial real estate title business in the State of Connecticut. Connecticut is extraordinary in the fact that it doesn't employ the county seat form of government. In order to complete
a title search the searcher must physically travel to the specific city or town hall where the subject property is located. Our searchers have worked in every one of the 169 cities and towns in the state of Connecticut.

We provide services to attorneys, title insurance companies, city and town governments and individuals for any, and all, needs relative to the ownership and status of real estate throughout the State of Connecticut. We do cover the entire state, however, our primary areas of operation are Fairfield and New Haven Counties. All reports are completed in a diligent, professional and timely manner.
